We accept VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Cards issued in India and we accept Debit cards of all banks issued in India. International credit/debit card transactions are also accepted through Paypal.

Healthmangemore does not store Credit / Debit card numbers, CVV / Security Code, Pin for 3D Secure, Expiry date on any of its servers and only collects in a session while making a transaction. The said information may however be stored by Risk Management / Fraud Management Systems of banks/payment gateways with authority to do so. Risk Management / Fraud Management Systems are used for ensuring that payment card frauds are kept to minimum and all necessary information regarding payment cards is secure for you, us and the payment card industry.

You can also pay through Cash On Delivery (COD) : can also pay through Cash On Delivery (COD). In this case you pay in Cash to the courier person while accepting the goods. COD payments would be accepted for orders with total invoice value up to Rs 15000/-.

Placing a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Order
1. When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select "Pay By Cash-on-Delivery" 
2. Our Customer Care team will call you to verify the details. 
3. Once verified and confirmed the order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. 
4. You will be required to make a Cash payment (no cheque or DD will be accepted) to our Courier Partner at the time of delivery.
5. For Cash on Delivery orders packages cannot be opened until complete payment has been made to the Healthmangemore representative.  

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any order (COD and Prepaid) placed provided it has not been dispatched. In this case, you need to intimate Healthmangemore by e-mail ( or call with purchasing details as soon as purchase is done.

  • Healthmangemore reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for any product that is listed at an incorrect price. In case, you are charged, the same shall be credited to your account (whichever is used at time of purchasing the product) and duly notified by email.
  • You must use your own credit card for credit card transactions. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you.
  • In case you received an open or unsealed package from our shipping partners, please do not accept the shipment and intimate Healthmangemore to investigate the issue. Healthmangemore will replace the product without any additional charges.
  • NO returns will be accepted once products are delivered and accepted by you.
  • In case there are any Quality concerns, please email us from your registered e-mail address by mentioning your subject line as Purchase order no________Quality Concerns. E.g. 123 Quality Concerns
  • Healthmangemore takes Quality as one of their top Values. In case of any complaint, a special team will be assigned to investigate the matter in order to refund or replace the product to you. This process may take 2 weeks depending on concerns received by you..Healthmangemore will replace the product without any additional charges on you.

Refund of Payment

If you have selected Cash on Delivery and order has not been delivered, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. 

Once the order has been cancelled, you will receive the refund within four weeks. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, Healthmangemore will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.


In case payment for a transaction has been made twice, then payment for the overcharged amount or duplicate transaction value shall be returned back to the customer by the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order.
